Public ranking data stays public. Payment data stays private.
WhaleRanked publishes the destination, profile metadata, completed total, rank, move history, and click counts associated with a listing. It does not publish payer contact or billing information.
Information WhaleRanked receives
We receive the submitted public website or X profile, metadata read from that public destination, a pseudonymous Privy user identifier, source and destination wallet addresses, source and settlement transaction hashes, completed amount, and the minimum route records needed to prevent duplicate fulfilment and reconcile payments.
Payments
Privy provides pseudonymous authentication and optional embedded-wallet infrastructure. LI.FI provides wallet routing across enabled Bitcoin, EVM, and Solana networks. WhaleRanked does not receive or store private keys or seed phrases and cannot move funds from a user-controlled wallet. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on their respective blockchains; each provider's privacy terms apply to its interface.
Traffic measurement
WhaleRanked records which public listing destination was opened and when, then publishes aggregated 24-hour and all-time click totals. The public board does not identify individual visitors.
Why records are retained
Quote, wallet-ownership, transaction-receipt, and ranking-effect records are retained to deliver the paid result, answer support requests, prevent duplicate processing, investigate exceptions, detect abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

For a privacy question, correction, lawful removal request, or request concerning your information, email support@rankbybid.com. Include the relevant listing URL or transaction hash but never email a private key or seed phrase.
