Required supplier identity, address, telephone, service address, and retention disclosures are not yet complete. Payment checkout stays technically locked until the real operator details are published and independently reviewed.

No membership of a self-regulatory or accreditation body, and no separate industry code or alternative-dispute-resolution code, is claimed unless this page is updated to identify it.

The product

A purchase is a one-time digital ranking result, not a subscription. Launch totals range from $1 to $1,000. Higher completed totals rank above lower totals, with earlier completed payments winning ties. A returning listing pays only the difference between its verified total and the new selected total.

What the purchase does not promise

A purchase does not guarantee clicks, impressions, search ranking, sales, endorsement, exclusivity, or a permanent leaderboard position. Another completed payment can move a listing down at any time.

Buyer authorization

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18, may lawfully make the payment, have reviewed the selected total, and own or are authorized to list the submitted website or profile. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or impersonating content.

Price, payment, and fulfilment

The checkout review must show the complete WhaleRanked price in US dollars before signing. The buyer's wallet separately shows source-asset conversion, route impact, and network fees; no transaction starts until the buyer approves those wallet figures. Tax treatment must be approved before checkout can open, and any tax WhaleRanked is legally required to charge must be included or separately identified before payment. A buyer may start with an enabled ETH, SOL, POL, USDC, or USDT asset. BTC is not currently enabled for payment.

LI.FI routes the source payment to Circle-issued USDC on Ethereum at the disclosed WhaleRanked treasury. WhaleRanked activates a listing only after validating the saved route, source transaction, source asset, recipient, minimum quoted settlement, destination receipt, and confirmation depth. Delivery normally occurs as soon as those independent checks complete. A client message, wallet popup, or transaction hash by itself never claims a rank.

Cancellation, refunds, and removals

Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. A confirmed transfer that matches a quote but cannot be applied is stopped for manual investigation and must not be paid again. Any approved return requires a separate, recorded treasury transaction. A later move down the board is not, by itself, a failure to deliver the purchased ranking result. Listings that breach these terms may be disabled.

If consumer law gives a buyer a cooling-off, cancellation, repair, replacement, refund, or other mandatory remedy, that right is not waived by these terms or by the blockchain payment method. Contact support promptly and do not submit a second payment while an earlier transaction is under investigation.

Transaction record and copies

The public board and move history provide a reproducible record of the delivered ranking result. The buyer should also save the checkout review, wallet receipt, and these terms. WhaleRanked retains the private payment and reconciliation record for the reviewed period that must be published before checkout opens and provides a transaction record on a verified support request, subject to privacy and security checks.

Complaints and disputes

Email support@rankbybid.com first with the source transaction hash and requested remedy. If a complaint is not resolved, a consumer may use any regulator, ombud, alternative-dispute route, or court available under applicable law. WhaleRanked does not require private arbitration or remove a statutory complaint right.

Payment concerns

Contact support@rankbybid.com with the source transaction hash so we can investigate the signed quote, route, public move, and destination receipt. Nothing in these terms limits consumer-protection or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
