A completed payment buys a public ranking result.
WhaleRanked is a public leaderboard. A buyer chooses a whole-dollar total for one authorized website or X profile. A signed, completed payment publishes that total, the corresponding rank, and a public move record.
The product
A purchase is a one-time digital ranking result, not a subscription. Higher completed totals rank above lower totals, with earlier completed payments winning ties. A returning listing pays only the difference between its verified total and the new selected total.
What the purchase does not promise
A purchase does not guarantee clicks, impressions, search ranking, sales, endorsement, exclusivity, or a permanent leaderboard position. Another completed payment can move a listing down at any time.
Buyer authorization
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18, may lawfully make the payment, have reviewed the selected total, and own or are authorized to list the submitted website or profile. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or impersonating content.
Payment and fulfilment
A buyer may start with an enabled BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, or USDT asset. LI.FI routes the source payment to Circle-issued USDC on Ethereum at the disclosed WhaleRanked treasury. WhaleRanked activates a listing only after validating the saved route, source transaction, source asset, recipient, minimum quoted settlement, destination receipt, and confirmation depth. A client message, wallet popup, or transaction hash by itself never claims a rank.
Refunds and removals
Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. A confirmed transfer that matches a quote but cannot be applied is stopped for manual investigation and must not be paid again. Any discretionary return requires a separate treasury transaction. A later move down the board is not, by itself, a failure to deliver the purchased placement. Listings that breach these terms may be disabled, but rights required by law remain unaffected.
Payment concerns
Contact support@rankbybid.com with the source transaction hash so we can investigate the signed quote, route, public move, and destination receipt. Nothing in these terms limits consumer-protection or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
